Day 288
This morning,I walked into the kitchen and was greeted with an orange glow coming through the window.
What a beautiful way to be greeted, by a gorgeous Sunrise. What a wonderful way to start the day... sunrise, coffee and the camera!
With such beautiful colours in the sky, I wanted to take a few photos. I loved how the sunrise coloured the glass that was sitting on the window ledge.
Then I headed outside to see if I could capture the colours in the sky before it would disappear.

Sunflower greeting the Sunrise |
We also had frost this morning... and you can see a bit of it on the sunflower leaves.
The sunrise didn't last very long....
According to Google, Sunrise here in Prince George BC was at 7:42am, some say the sunrise only lasted for a few minutes.
Thank you for taking a look at today's photo!
Until next time!

"Forever that girl that gets really excited when the sky is in pretty colours."
Clean air is, in fact, the main ingredient common to brightly colored sunrises and sunsets. The familiar blue of the daytime sky is the result of the
ReplyDeleteselective scattering of sunlight by air molecules. Essentially the sun is lowest on the horizon during sunrise and sunset, causing sunlight to pass through more air molecules than during the day. Regardless of the science to explain Nature beauty a morning sunrise (or sunset) are something to behold. Although a camera may capture its image, it cannot capture the moment one experiences during a morning sunrise (or even’s sunset).
