Serenity, a little tough to find in the current state of affairs. Addiction is characterized by chaos, loss of control and emotional turmoil. Serenity, on the other hand, is a positive state of mind where you are untroubled by the ups and downs life’s throws your way. It means remaining calm and true to yourself regardless of what is happening around you. There is no denying that the situation is unprecedented and will forever change society’s interactions but if you wait for the world to provide you serenity you will wait a very very long time.
