Day 157
Prince George BC has over 700km of roads. I had to google that information!
Today's photo challenge is 'Street'. What Street do I chose? My street, street near a park, coffee shop, leading into town, out of town? So many to chose from!
The one I picked is called Victoria Street. It is one of the main streets going through the middle of town. This street is named after the capital City of British Columbia.. Victoria, BC and of course Queen Victoria.
This view of the street, you can see office buildings, we have a new police station behind the trees, behind me more bank buildings, restaurant, a church and more.
As I was taking pictures of our fair city, people waved, honked, smiles and I guess hoped they would be in my photo!
What do you think of the Black and White photo? Same street I just walking back to my car turned and took this shot!
Thank you for taking a look at today's photo!

"Every day is your chance to make this city a little better."
A Road is anything that connects two points, while a Street is a unit of urban space. A public pathway that has buildings on either side and is not just a two dimensional surface from one place to another. The more you spend time on ordinary streets the more extraordinary things you will learn. When the light shines on a gloomy Street, you can once again see the beauty it hides and your travels will take you to Streets not travelled and new adventure. There are countless Streets each worth a wander, come and find a street where you can fall in love, where you can continue together hand in hand. Do not miss a Street and the opportunities it may present.
