Reflection and I bet you are thinking that I will be taking a photo using a mirror, or a reflection near a water source. I will be doing that but, not today.
My baby, my car is in the shop... (lets hope its an easy fix) computers on these new modern vehicles is suppose to make life easier!
With that in mind, I planned a walk to Wilson Park. It is 5/10 min walk from home. It is great exercise, fresh air to clear out those winter cobwebs. The view/scenery is always changing with the seasons is gorgeous. You may even find an owl, eagle, ducks, geese, fox, or even a moose in your wanderings on the paths. Being on your own on this walk is a great time to reflect on ones life, plans, goals or future.
Some of my rambling thoughts from today's walk!
- don't slip on the ice even though I am wearing cleats
- cost of fixing my car
- what shall we have for dinner
- I hope I do not step in doggie do-do
- don't slip
- I think it is going to snow
- wow the park is quiet, YES!
- thinking about my children and grand kids
- friends, how are they doing
- family, ah yes family
- my love, looking forward to the weekend, Wine Time!
- will winter end? I do want to snow shoe a few more times!
- plans for the weekend, snow shoeing??!!
- my blog, what shall I write about
- I hope I get at least one good photo
- coffee time
- do we need to shovel snow tonight?
Some of my rambling thoughts, and not necessarily in that order!

~ A picture has the magic to make the moment last forever~
The brain is a most complex organ and one we truly do not fully understand. The major use of “thoughts” is to help predict and control experiences by comparing it to other knowledge we have stored away in the recesses of our memory. So when we have a new experience we have some comparisons to analyze to proceed. It never shuts down, we compare and appraise, assign, and attribute expectations of events constantly, internally and automatically. One cannot fix your eyes on a nature scene without having a rambling fantasy. What if…?
