The changes in the length of daylight and lower temperatures causes leaves to stop their food-making process. The result is the chlorophyll breaks down, the green color disappears, and the yellow to orange (sometimes tan) colors become visible and giving this season the splendor of colours. As you enter a new season, it’s OK to be uncomfortable. When the winds of change blow, remember… sometimes what appears dead is simply preparing for a new season. Be interested in the changing of seasons as it provides greater happiness and be gracious with your ever changing self.
