Social Distancing #37
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When we look at a view, a painting, or maybe a photograph we all see something different. Some of us enjoy what life lays in front of us and some of us expect something more.. maybe something to dazzle our senses!
When I was taking this photograph a person passed by me and commented that there really nothing to see.. the pelican, swans, ducks were gone, nothing special here.

"Somewhere on your journey don't forget to stop and enjoy the view."
What do we expect to see when we are in a park? Are we looking for something, are we expecting to see something in particular. Individuals tend to make decisions based on their, or someone else’s , expectations. They can and often do influence the reality and your results. When we hold expectations you belief this is ‘how it should be” and when it is not, you get angry, frustrated even disappointed at the events. When you go to the park look at what Nature provides at the moment with no expectations and be surprised when some extra ordinary presents itself.
