Day 339
While I was waiting for my first cup of coffee to be made, I checked out today's weather. Another gorgeous sunrise.
So, I dashed off outside with my camera, Roberts crocs, and no coffee! I know this sunrise wouldn't last very long, so I had to get busy and creative.

For one minute, walk outside, stand there, in silence, look up at the sky and contemplate how amazing life is!

The sunrise gave us some glorious colours and then the clouds took over and was remained cloudy all day.

Whether it is a simple change in the weather, our schedule or expected change of seasons the one constant in life is change. To expect change brings hope for something new, and fear in situations where the last thing you wish for is change. It is not the circumstance or the change that dictates how life moves forward, but rather how one handles those changes. The sunrise just happens and many do not take the time to enjoy its beauty. No matter the change experienced, how we embrace that change will forever impact how we are able to live and handle this constant in life. Embrace change as an opportunity for continuous renewal and growth. Enjoy the beauty of a sunrise for it is the start of something new.
