Day 357
In a few days we get to try these airy delicious buns! I can taste them now with butter and left over turkey or how about left over ham and cheese, tomato and cucumber and did I say smothered with turkey gravy! They are even great with home made Raspberrycello Jam to enjoy with that first cup of coffee and home made Baileys!

Bread, in all its various forms, is the most widely consumed food in the world. It has come to take on a significance beyond mere nutrition, evolving into a fixture in religious rituals, secular cultural life and language. Not only is it an important source of carbohydrates, it's also portable and compact, which helps to explain why it has been an integral part of our diet for thousands of years. Germany is thought to be the country with the largest choice of types of bread (300) and Turkey is reported as consuming the most bread per capita (eating 3 x their body weight annually). OH, a hotdog, is by definition a sandwich.
