Something about Me

Day 66

Today I received a birthday greeting from one of my brothers. It included a song from the Beatles! "When I am 64"
I had a good chuckled and then I have come to realize.... Something about Me...                 I am 64!

When I first heard that song from The Beatles,  I had thought WOW!! 64 that is so old and years and years from now.

Here I am today and the question is....

Will you still need me, will you still feed me when I'm 64!

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" (1967)

I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride
Doing the garden, digging the weeds
Who could ask for more?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
 when I'm sixty four?

Paul McCartney wrote the song in 1966, which puts me at 10 years old.

  1. YES.... I think answers the question clearly and succinctly. The number “64” is considered a perfect number and is associated with a host of symbolisms. It signifies self-determination, independence, home ( as well as doing things for mutual benefit for yourself and family). It represents new ideas and ways of doing things. It also represent self-sufficiency. Like your name’s meaning (youthful / downy) you are Jupiter’s child and a comfort to all that know you. 'Lá Breithe Shona dhuit!' Happy Birthday

  2. 8 on it's side is the symbol for infinity, so 64 is 8x8, so it should be infinitely 'infinite'

    Happy Birthday, Julie

    Love you
