Wood

Day 81

 Social Distancing #2

What to make, how to make it, where to make it, when to make it and who?

We are pondering the idea of making something for the yard such as a tool caddy, a box or even a planter.  Creating something  to keep our minds and hands busy since we are hibernating and keeping our distance!  (while we are waiting for the snow to melt!) We need to keeping busy!

  1. There are advantages to those that have a passion for their hobby during this time of uncertainty and isolation. Hobbies keep the mind active and the fingers nibble while engaging the creative side of our brains. Wood-crafting is the art of taking raw materials and creating something useful or decorative. Perhaps this is a time to exercise the creative side of our brains, considering many are not using the logical side, to produce something useful or decorative for the household. At least some exercise is better than no exercise.
