Day 144
One of my favorite flowering plants is the Bleeding Hearts!
It had rained yesterday, and this morning we work up to fog! I went out in my bathrobe and camera in hand taking photographs of my Bleeding Hearts!
I had notice that there was a fine spiders web wrapped around a row of hearts!
I watched a tutorial on doing a matte style editing and I thought I would try that with these photos!
What do you think?
Thank you all for taking the time to check out my photos!
See you next time!
Jewels
"Bleeding heart flower, just like the name says, symbolizes unconditional love and compassion towards someone."
Nothing surpasses the graceful, arching, 3-foot stems adorned with its flowers of dangling pink (or white) hearts in early spring. The Bleeding Heart is also known as Lady’s Locket, Lady’s Heart, and Lyre Flower. This flowering plant is a member of the poppy family and native to Siberia, northern China and Japan. Although aesthetically pleasing this plant is toxic to animals and humans however it is deer resistant. This old fashion perennial is a favorite for those shady areas and is a very hardy plant.
