Day 218
Prince George weather today is rain and currently at 12:05 it is 13c. Weather may rise up to 17c with 30 to 70% showers all day.
The rain today gives me a chance to do some inside chores, such as baking up some treats for the weekend.
I am thinking we do not need to water the yard, Mother Nature is looking after that for us.

Walking around with my camera taking photo of the weather today was very refreshing. I am sure the plants are not complaining either!

Commonly called black-eyed Susans (browned eyed Susans), perennial flowering plant belonging to the sunflower family and they love the full sun. Black Eyed Susans symbolize encouragement and motivation. English folklore tells a story of Susan was searching for her lover, William, prior to his departure on a long sea voyage. She'd been crying and had black circles around her eyes. Sweet William (a pet name for William) consoled Susan as the two of them said their final farewells on the dock. Legend has it that "black-eyed Susan" and "sweet William" bloom at the same time to celebrate their eternal love for each other. And they look lovely together with her golden yellow and his bright reds and purples.
